At The Oodie CA, we want you to be completely cozy and satisfied with your purchase. If your Oodie isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email inbox.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest Canada Post location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
